This sprawling 12,000 sq. ft. estate can house up to 14 people, and intimate weddings of up to 75 guests can be accomodated.
Ceremonies are held either on a private beach, or lawn overlooking the ocean. Cocktail receptions are held on the property's sprawling back lawn and veranda. Receptions can be held on the property's back lawn as well, with cake and dancing inside the estate's gorgeous formal living room, complete with charming chandelier and full wrap around window views of the ocean!
