Dear Brides and Grooms and inquiring minds,

Nicole Lisanne Weddings and Events by Design is honored to represent yet another beautiful private estate, Pacific Oaks Vineyard Estate in Aptos, California!!!

Pacific Oaks Vineyard is a beautifully landscaped ridge-top estate on 21 secluded acres, yet only three miles from Aptos Village along the Northern California Coast. The working vineyard overlooks Monterey Bay, Mountain Redwoods, majestic Oak Groves, and the Pacific Ocean on the Southern exposure. This natural enviromment, embraced by Mountain and Ocean vistas, is filled with a warm Provincal Spirit.

The large California Cape Cod style home is unmatched in offering an exquisite anchor for your Ceremony and Reception. The Bride will enjoy her own private suite, complete with an enclosed Sun Porch overlooking the Vineyard; an expansive covered porch is a wonderful option to guide her to the Grand Lawn for the marriage ceremony.

The grounds are attractively landscaped with a spacious 5,500 sq. ft. lawn accomodating up to 200 guests. There are 4,500 sq. ft. of slate patios and decking which include an Outdoor Kitchen. A phenomenal swimming pool is envlosed in an expansive, architecturally-unique, cedar pool house, with floor to ceiling windows and a large retractable skylight; the five double french doors open onto the patios and take advantage of the breathtaking surrounding views. Adjoining the pool house is a 2,000 sq. ft. deck complete with sound system making the space idea for gathering and refreshments.
